Template Website Builds
A new website for your council, built on a modern accessible template. We provide a selection of templates to choose from, then add your fonts, colours & logo to it.

Custom Website Builds
For councils with requirements a template cannot meet. We scope the work with you in detail before anything begins, then agree a fixed price before we start.

Web Design
Custom design mockups for your council's website, including homepage and key internal pages. You'll get high-fidelity designs showing layout, colours, typography, and content structure. Designs are yours to use, and either we can build the site for you, or you can take the designs elsewhere.

Accessibility Audits
If your council has a website, it is legally required to meet WCAG 2.2 AA under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018. From June 2025, the European Accessibility Act raised that bar further. We audit your existing site in full, test against every applicable WCAG criterion, and produce a written report.

Security Audits
We'll check your site for common security vulnerabilities, verify if everything is up to date and give you a clear report on what's secure and what needs attention. You'll get specific suggestions prioritised by risk, not a generic checklist.

Monthly Retainers
Most parish councils don't have the in-house resource to keep a website updated, monitored, and compliant on an ongoing basis. Our monthly retainers give you a fixed block of hours each month for updates, audits, and maintenance. No fixed contracts, use them for as long as needed for whatever you need.
- 2 hours: £150 per month
- 5 hours: £350 per month
- 10 hours: £650 per month
CMS Integration
Add a content management system (CMS) to your site so you can update text, upload images, documents, and manage the content on the website yourself without needing to contact us for every change. You'll have a simple editor that lets you make updates directly. Full training on how to use the CMS is provided too.
